Privacy policy
This policy describes what personal data I collect through the site, what I use it for, and what rights you have over it. It applies to visitors of slavinakotzeva.com.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Slavina Kotzeva, psychotherapist, Sofia. For questions about your personal data you can write to slavina.kotzeva@gmail.com.
What data I collect
- Through the contact form — name, email address, phone (if you provide it) and the text of your message.
- Through the new-articles form — email address only.
- Automatically — technical data from your visit (IP address, browser type, pages visited), collected by the server and through cookies.
What I use it for
Data from the contact form is used solely to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a meeting. The email from the articles form is used only to send you new publications. I do not use your data for advertising and I do not sell it to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and on the basis of legitimate interest in maintaining the security and functioning of the site.
How long I keep it
Correspondence relating to enquiries is kept for up to two years after the last contact. A subscription email is kept until you ask to unsubscribe. Technical server logs are kept for a short period, usually a few months.
Cookies
The site uses cookies necessary for its normal operation and for remembering your choice regarding cookie consent. You can delete or block them through your browser settings, though some functions may then not work correctly.
External services
A Google Maps map is embedded on the contact page. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- obtain access to the data I hold about you;
- request the correction of inaccurate data;
- request the deletion of your data;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
To exercise any of these rights, send a message to the email address given above.
Security
The site runs over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to correspondence and to the site administration is password-protected and limited to me alone.
Changes
If the way I process personal data changes, I will update this page. I recommend reviewing it from time to time.
